What’s Included in a Service Agreement?
A service agreement is a comprehensive arrangement where we take care of your HVAC system and keep it running at its best all year round. In addition to routine tune-ups for your heater and air conditioner, agreement plan members receive a number of other added perks and benefits with Pacific Coast Comfort that make you a VIP customer for all of your service needs.
Every service agreement includes:
Two Performance Tune-Ups Per Year
Having your system checked regularly enables us to keep your unit running as efficiently as possible, which saves you money on your utility bill month after month. These regular check-ups also enable us to catch problems such as loose or burnt wires or refrigerant leaks before they become a larger problem.
When you have an emergency, you can rest assured Pacific Coast Comfort will be there as soon as possible! Program customers receive priority service, meaning you’ll jump to the front of the line when you need help. We’ll typically have a technician to your door within 24 hours of you calling our office.
We stand by the work we do with a 30-day warranty. If you have a problem within 30 days of service, we won’t charge to come back out and diagnose the problem.
Energy Saving Coil Cleaning
Dirty coils reduce efficiency, causing wear and tear to go up, parts to wear out faster, and energy bills to climb. Running your system with dirty coils month after month will drive up your operating costs and even cause your system to give out prematurely. Service agreement members will receive one coil cleaning service per year, ensuring that their heat transfer is efficient and effective to help keep costs down and reliability up.
Discounted Replacement Parts & Labor
Service agreement members receive discounted rates on replacement parts and labor charges with every service call!

*Most HVAC systems require a professional maintenance service to be performed by a licensed technician each year in order for the warranty to remain valid for the longest period of time. Check your system’s documentation for more information.
